Jack Longley
Jack Longley is a fully qualified PGA Professional with over 10 years of coaching experience across all levels of the game — from complete beginners picking up a club for the first time, to single-figure amateurs chasing scratch, and county-level competitors preparing for competition. Based at Cotswold Hills Golf Club near Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, Jack has developed a reputation for clear, patient instruction that produces real, measurable results.
Having competed at regional level himself, Jack understands the mental and technical demands of the game from both sides of the coaching relationship. He uses a blend of modern technology — launch monitors, video analysis, and biomechanical assessment — with a deep understanding of the traditional fundamentals that have always underpinned good golf. Every lesson is different because every golfer is different, and Jack takes the time to understand what you actually need before prescribing a single drill.

How Jack coaches
Teaching Philosophy
Technique
Every swing is built on solid fundamentals. Jack uses video analysis and launch monitor data to show you exactly what's happening and give you a clear path to improvement.
Consistency
One great shot is easy. Doing it round after round is the real game. Jack's coaching focuses on building patterns that hold up under pressure on the course.
Enjoyment
Golf should be fun. Jack believes that players who enjoy the process improve faster. Every session is designed to be engaging, positive, and rewarding.

What Students Say
“I've had lessons with several coaches over the years, but Jack is the first who actually explained the why behind every change. It clicked immediately and I've held onto those improvements all season.”
“Jack coached my 10-year-old daughter from scratch. She now plays for her school team and absolutely loves the game. His patience and encouragement made all the difference.”
